Course Summary

The Line Pattern feature on our Intelliquilter systems is an amazing tool.

Whilst many would love and use it extensively already, there are a few little tricks that I can share with you that might just excite you and save you some time.  

This class is focussing on how to build a design that will stretch from one corner of a block to the corner diagonally and create a continuous design travelling through blocks on your quilt.  We will be exploring the following tools:  
Path pattern
Scale
Combine
Stretch
Copy
Distort
Repeat
Smooth
Line pattern
Line pattern sequencing/memory
Flipping designs

We will be using a number of tools that are available on both the ClassIQ and BasIQ+ systems. (Not suitable for panto only systems.)

Course Curriculum

Tracey Browning

Over 30 years being in the quilting business, Tracey has experience in so many areas that she is keen to share with you. From her early years as a quilt teacher, quilt designer, pattern designer, magazine and quilting books contributor to then moving into longarm machine quilting for customers, becoming the Australian Dealer for A1 Quilting machines and Intelliquilter computer systems. Her own customers have long applauded her dedication to mentoring and supporting them as they learn and grow.

The Intelliquilter (IQ) support and knowledge provided by Tracey Browning is first rate! Her experience as both an A1 Quilting machine &  IQ dealer and award-winning machine quilter are invaluable in assisting me with any technical issues I have had over the years.
